The past week, I’ve decided on the path that I will hopefully follow the rest of my life. I’ve found what I want to pursue after highschool. My current path is Pharmacy. But I don’t really want to talk too much about my college choices and my upcoming school year. I want to talk about the decisions. For the past three years I’ve been looking at colleges, and I’ve been getting about 2 pieces of college mail a day. It becomes quite confusing after a while, and most of the colleges I l...

So... I’ve heard a few things. About JU’s teen bloggers. Quite honestly, I’m hurt and upset by the fact that some of the most talented, intelligent people on JU would lump us all together and call us “not true”, as if we are the most horrible people in the world who lie about everything just to get a kick out of it. If you think about it, I don’t see why you would do this to us! We aren’t all bad! I myself am “true” in the sense that I actually am who I say I am. I don’t create senseless d...

Fellow JU bloggers! How's it going? I'm writing this in live from the band camp that currently is hosting such JU favorites as Captain Cornbread, carebear07, and Zoologist03. Things have been kind of interesting here at Hocking Tech College. As of right now, carebear07 has been fighting over Brandon with a bunch of other band girls. It's been interesting since I'm rooming with him, and for the record, he has no comment on his current situation. The food is crappy. That's putting it ni...

Maybe someday I will try. Maybe someday I will die. And sometime, someday, I will end up knowing why. Why people kill their only child, with no remorse, no second glance, Why people live a life alone without making sound and why small children can’t be loved but can be loved but chose to not. And someday I’ll know why unspeakable terrors happen to wonderful people, and the people who seem least deserving seem to get away with the farm and the mule. Someday I’ll know why young ...

Every day I log on to my JU acount here, I’m constantly unsatisfied with myself. My articles don’t attract any attention, and I remain basically anonymous. So, in the light of these thoughts, I’ve come to the conclusion that my blog doesn’t really count. I started this blog to share my thoughts with others and to try and create an environment for conversation about topics that I think are important. What happens when others don’t share their thoughts back? Nothing happens. And that’s wha...

Movie Advice Tip: Just because your friend thought it was a good movie doesn't necessarily mean that the movie is actually good. Movie Reviewed: Lost in Translation Rating: R Viewing Time: 1hr 42 min So, this weekend I went to Blockbuster and bought myself two DVDs for $20, which is nice enough for my income. Most of the movies are ones that people didn't like, or movies that really didn't get enough attention from customers. So, when I picked up School of Rock and Lost in Transla...

A powerful story. A young boy forced to fight, to kill, to harm, to save his life, others lives, even the world, maybe. A child barely old enough to hold a gun sent out to destroy others. “Center on the target, pull the trigger. Center on the target, pull the trigger. Center on the target, pull the trigger.” Enough! Maybe again. Maybe not such a powerful story. A young woman gets up and goes to work every day. Feels the pressure that today might be the day she is losing her job...

Currently I'm ranked 234 at the wonderful site of JoeUser. com The idea of this blog is for everyone who replies leaves their rank, and one positive comment for another JU blogger. Capt. Cornbread and Carebear07 have awesome blogs that everyone should read! (There, that's the positive comment) If you want, check out some of my other stuff. Peace, Beebes

Our country passes its independence day. Everyone thinks about the fireworks, the picnics, the parties and a good time. Some stumble across the idea that the founding fathers of this country gave us the freedoms to do and say what we want, and that we should be thankful that we are free. The problem is, people aren’t free in the sense that they have freedom. In these times, people are only free to choose their masters. People aren’t free anymore. Why are people not free? Look at you...

My previous article, which can be seen here , received a relatively large amount of replies. One of these replies mentioned the moral bankruptcy of the American public, which struck an emotional chord in my soul, and I hope to explore it a little more in this article. A cry goes out in the crowd, and no one turns. People scream for help, beg and plead, cajole and wheedle, and still gain no response. “I don’t want to break you, but could I please borrow some change?” No one even fal...

What constantly amazes me in all of life’s trials and experiences is the amount of complaining and bickering that people around me do. Constantly griping about life and America, how the war in Iraq is evil, and that America should be ashamed for their lies and deceit. That liberals are just a bunch of gay tree huggers, that conservatives are old fashioned dead weights that hate the little man. America should be ashamed of itself for the scandals of Abu Ghraib, that all Americans are oil lov...

Old news to anyone who subscribes to USA TODAY. Or maybe not. Seeing as my name is related to this marvelous game, I think that I should pay tribute to it once and a while. The link to the article is here. The story is about the recent JSS Championship, which, for those who don't know, is the championship for players under the age of 15. Scholarships and other prizes are there for winners. Peace, Beebes

Ah, camping!!! This weekend, instead of staying home and doing what consists of a normal weekend day (TV and Sleep), I went camping with a few friends. Nature truly is a beautiful place. Whatever happens to it, be it rain or snow, it still retains its primal beauty. It truly is an experience to go to a park or your local equivalent and just take a walk out in the woods. Don't go with anyone. Just go alone, and take water and maybe a snack. Try to get as far from other people as possible. You...

Being a new joeuser member, I'm not sure what people talk about. I'm guessing that these articles are unlike a blog because they talk about a specific subject instead of a "reality" type of writing. So... instead of not writting anything, I'm going to write about games and the affects they have had on children across the world. I don't know how many people have seen the Grand Theft Auto titles in stores lately. These titles show the ability of gaming to go into the adult community with the i...

Welcome to my blog, and many welcomes are in order! Being of the writing type, I've decided to make a residence at this site named JoeUser.com, and see what comes of this place. Some of my friends and peers have suggested posting my opinions and my writings to see if I could get a positive response. So as a new joeuser, a would ask you to please do something for me when you read my writing. I wish that anyone who reads should judge. Is it well written? Is there anything wrong with the premise...
