I don’t know if you know this, but you have a way with me. You, unlike every other person I know, have the ability to say the exact thing I don’t want to hear at the exact time when it can hurt me the most. And I have been counseled to not release my anger towards you, but rather to give it to something else. And so I’m writing you a letter that isn’t to you; I hope you don’t mind if I don’t care if you read it or not. Don’t look at me that way; I know the truth about your motives, and I...

At my school, which is a K-12 building, we have kids in the higher elementary grades (3-6) who just don’t know their math skills. There is a great need for students who can help teach these children their basic math. I stepped forward to help out. I’m no math wiz, but I maintain a B to a B+ in my Honors Calculus class, and when my teacher asked if there were any among us that would care to give up a study hall once or twice a week to help kids with their math homework and help with their...

A while ago I created a fiction group, called Beebles-Fiction. I doubt that it got much publicity, so I'll try and make a summary of its purpose. "Beebles-Fiction is a blog group dedicated to bloggers that like to write poetry, fiction, short plays, et cetera. The purpose of this blog site is to create a feeling of community while having your work critiqued so that you can become a better writer. In short form, a group of writers that help other writers." So far I've been the only one t...

Well, it's been a long wait, but I think it's worth it. I'm posting Chapter 2 of my story: Books of Magic. Story Ahead-----> Keep going down.... Now Awaken.... Now Forsaken.... Ugh. That book was a bitch. What in the hell happened? I sit up and look around. I’m not in my apartment anymore. I’m in a room. A big, big room. Light seems to come from all directions at once, making the entire room lit, but not blindingly bright. The floor tile is a nice off whit...

I'm a real big fan of movies that move you to be a better person, to make you think. Movies like Finding Forester, Patch Adams, etc. fall into that catagory. So, what I'm asking from you is a line from a movie that made your spin tingle, made you want to watch the movie again. In short, a line from a movie that moved you. Mine is a simple line, but the significance of the line is so deep that it's mind shatttering. The line is spoken in the movie "The End of Evangelion" and is sai...

I’m sorry for being who I am. I am sorry that you think that I think that every person who supports Kerry is a hippy, tree loving communist. I’m sorry that you need to insult me to get your point across. I’m sorry that things aren’t working out for you, and I’m sorry that you are using me as a personal let off point, so that you can try and destroy my semblance of political thought. I want you to know that I don’t hate you. I’ve never hated you. Why do you hate me? I’ve never been again...

Well, I'm hoping the title brought you in... I do hate politics, but not entirely. What I hate is the fact that there aren't any black-and-white issues anymore. How can a person be a staunch pro-life advocate when there are women with tubal pregancies? No problem is black-and-white, there is not a single issue that doesn't have a "fade to grey" area, and you know it. I'll try to put something in perspective for you... The other day, I was at a friends house for a study group for Edi...

Oh, my. I have just found what I consider to be one of the funniest web sites I have ever read. Let's just say that it "disuades" you from ever learning Japanese ever. If you are an anime buff, like Japanese anything, or you just want to get a really good laugh, go to the link. Link Peace, Beebes

Psst. I'm letting you on to a little secret. A beeble isn't something I created. It's a little creature that I like, from a game I like. To be honest, the beebles are a creature card from Magic the Gathering.... gosh I'm a nerd. Guess that's what you get.... This one is a pretty good picture... The grey things are the beebles. They run around naked and just have a good time. And, they clog plumbing. So, it would be a pretty horrible death if you had to be killed by these little blo...

So I'm sure that at least some of the people who blog here have heard about the Circleville Pumpkin Festival/Show. It is the 6th largest festival in the world, and "The Greatest Free Show on Earth!" which is often spouted by loving Circlvilians. Let me tell you right now. Pumpkin show is hell. Circleville is close to where I live. In fact, one might say that I go there frequently to purchase food, CDs, go to Wal-Mart, ect. When Pumpkin show comes in, so do the 5 dollar parking rates. ...

I went to Best Buy the other day. Clarification: Our county fair is this week. Because a majority of all students that go to our school are in 4-H and FFA, we get the whole week off. YAY! After I had fed my cattle projects, I was leaving the fair and decided to go to Best Buy to pick up a CD. I had a Discover 15 dollar gift card, and I was ready to go. I walked in, grabbed the new Further Seems Forever CD (excellent music) and since I had time to kill, I went over and looked at the v...

I’m sorry. I wanted to tell you that. It seems that there are a lot of things I want to tell you. But foremost in my mind is this; I’m sorry. I didn’t want to hurt anyone, tear any family apart, destroy any relationships... I didn’t want to lose hope. I didn’t want to give in, and yet... I’m sorry. Everything I am wants to tell you that. Walk up to you and say, “I’m sorry.” I want to walk up and tell you my name, introduce myself, know your reasons. But I can’t. I am afraid. I...

The sun will rise and I’ll keep walking on, The rain will fall and I’ll keep living like I want. A tree in the forest will fall, and I won’t hear the sound, But in my heart I’ll know, and I’ll keep holding on. Life is gonna be alright, even though it doesn’t seem that it will, and knowing how to break these chains means I know how to keep walking. And everything is gonna be ok. The wind will blow the way it wants, and I will keep living, even in the AM. hours, even in the light ...

Tonight (Sat. Oct 2nd, 2004) was the Logan Festival of Bands. Our band went and did our new half-time show, and we did ok. Our first show was a Blues Brother's theme, playing Soul Man/ I Can't Turn You Loose, Respect, and Everybody Needs Somebody to Love. This show is a little more contemporary, with hits like Hey Yah, by Outkast, Stacey's Mom by Fountains of Wayne, and You Shook Me all Night Long, by AC/DC. Over all, we did pretty good, but the end of Stacey's Mom still needs a little work....
