Ah, camping!!!
This weekend, instead of staying home and doing what consists of a normal weekend day (TV and Sleep), I went camping with a few friends. Nature truly is a beautiful place. Whatever happens to it, be it rain or snow, it still retains its primal beauty. It truly is an experience to go to a park or your local equivalent and just take a walk out in the woods. Don't go with anyone. Just go alone, and take water and maybe a snack. Try to get as far from other people as possible. You have to be basically alone to get the major effect (If you don't want to go alone, take a friend, but when you get into the woods, don't talk much). After you are in a good spot, just stop. Stop, listen, and look around? What do you hear? What do you see?
The sounds and silence of nature, are in my opinion, one of the world's most underrated pleasures of life. Being alone to reflect on what you believe, and stand in wonder the earth is truly one thing that I suggest that everyone should do a little more often. The chaos of life is sometimes almost to unbearable to take. One needs a little peace lest they become chaos.

Wow...nice. I happen to share the exact same view...I have nothing to add. You've basically summed up a major point in life...just freakin' chill...It's nice to see someone elses appreciates nature as much as me...

Hey now! Shaun is not your only fan on here. I think that I have replied to an article of yours. I didn't reply to the whole video game article, becuase i kinda got lost in what you were saying, so how am i supposed to post anything? If you want people to reply, just wait, the time will come. Trust me, when I first started out on here I had maybe one person replying to my articles, which happened to be Capt. Cornbread. And I think that's why I can get people to reply to mine is only because of the fact that they all know who Capt. is and he's very popular on here. So I think when they see his name in my replies, they know it must be somewhat ok if he's replying. So maybe you should tell him to reply to your articles. Maybe then more people will respond. Just a thought. Untill next time...........

The sound of nature is truly a panacea for the troubled soul. Heck, it is great when you aren't troubled as well. I have said it before, never underestimate the power of being outside.

I don't think I have an impact on it, I just happen to like stuff that others like as well?

Beebles~ I miss just going outside and spending the night. I used to do that all the time during the summer months and now I just don't. I can't explain why not but I love being outside to just enjoy the fact that silence really can be the most beautiful sound you'll ever hear. I catch myself lying down on my trampoline, at times after jumping around for a while, and just look up at the setting sun, brightening moon, and increasing number of infinite stars in the sky. Truly a remarkable feeling and a truly down to 'earth' article. Very nice.

Zoologist~ as long as I'm here you're his second biggest fan! After all... I did introduce the three of you to my home away from home, hoping to see what Beebles has to say. As a matter of fact, he was the original target to get to join me here. You guys just kept taking his bait away from him.

Capt. over and out!
