I'm a real big fan of movies that move you to be a better person, to make you think.

Movies like Finding Forester, Patch Adams, etc. fall into that catagory.

So, what I'm asking from you is a line from a movie that made your spin tingle, made you want to watch the movie again. In short, a line from a movie that moved you.

Mine is a simple line, but the significance of the line is so deep that it's mind shatttering.

The line is spoken in the movie "The End of Evangelion" and is said by Shinji Ikari.

"I'm so fucked up."

Not what you were expecting, but if anyone has ever seen Evangelion, they'de understand, at least partially.

So, what is your movie line?

Peace,

Beebes

The grammer might be a little... off, but I think yoda says some pretty cool stuff.

I haven't seen fight club or Easter parade, so I can't make a comment on those movies

Ok I have two

1.) Andrew Largeman: You know that point in your life when you realize that the house that you grew up in isn't really your home anymore? All of the sudden even though you have some place where you can put your shit that idea of home is gone. You'll see when you move out it just sort of happens one day one day and it's just gone. And you can never get it back. It's like you get homesick for a place that doesn't exist. I mean it's like this rite of passage, you know. You won't have this feeling again until you create a new idea of home for yourself, you know, for you kids, for the family you start, it's like a cycle or something. I miss the idea of it. Maybe that's all family really is. A group of people who miss the same imaginary place.

2.)People give up their lives for many reasons. For friendship, for love, for an ideal
And people kill for the same reasons... In any war there are heroes on both sides...

-Hero

Those two are my favourites in all of the movies I've seen. Now if I were to go into musicals.... That would take all day.

"I don't care what you talk about, as long as you naked." --Burt Reynolds in the movie Demi plays a stripper (forgot the name). My b/f and I were gagging the movie was so bad, but when he said that for some reason it made us laugh so hard....so now everytime I tell her we need to talk she says that line.....buwhwahahaha

"It's the sense of touch. In any real city, you walk, you know? You brush past people, people bump into you. In L.A., nobody touches you. We're always behind this metal and glass. I think we miss that touch so much, that we crash into each other, just so we can feel something."

- Crash

It literally gave me shivers.
